I signed up for the myTrack data service for TradingExpert Pro (upgrading from a prior version of TradingExpert), but my Dial\Data end of day download keeps saying invalid user ID

0 IN AIQ Data Retrieval, select setup options. under network, with internet selected click on setup, change primary data server addresses to dial.tdc.com and alternate data server addresses to dial2.tdc.com
