**This process takes place in the myTrack software.
You will need to complete all the steps below**

**For your convenience we suggest you print out this web page before launching your myTrack software**


There are 7 steps in all
Existing myTrack Basic users go to step 2.
Existing myTrack Silver and higher users go to step 5.

1. Setting up your username and password
2. Entering your credit card information
3. Selecting your membership plan
4. Selecting exchanges for silver, gold or platinum plans
5. Enabling your plan for TradingExpert Pro use
6. Putting your username and password into AIQ Data Retrieval
7. Existing users of Dial/Data cancel your existing account


1. Setting up your username and password

From TradingExpert Pro program group, launch the AIQ Main Menu.
Click on the icon on the far right labelled myTrack.

NOTE if you are unable to see the myTrack icon, place your mouse arrow on the right edge of the Main Menu, when a left/right arrow appears, click and hold down your left mouse and drag the edge to the right until all the icons appear

The myTrack software will attempt to connect to the internet if you are not already connected.

From the Welcome to myTrack screen click on new.


A first time registration screen will appear.

Fill in all the required information and click on accept.

(Make a note of the username and password you select, you will need this later for the AIQ communication).

You will receive a successful registration message. Click OK on this message and the login screen and you will be logged into the myTrack software.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If the first screen that appears is a login screen with empty spaces in username and password, you will need to download an upgrade version to myTrack

2. Entering your credit card information

From the menu of your myTrack software, select Chat.
From the Chat menu, select Options, Administrative, Credit Card.
(myTrack 3.6.0 and higher users, in Chat select Administrative, Credit Card)

A screen similar to this will appear --------------->

Fill in your credit card details and click send.

A message stating your credit card status has been updated will appear. Click cancel on this screen.

Please shut down and then restart your myTrack software.

3. Selecting your membership plan

From the menu of your myTrack software, select Chat
From the Community Chat menu, select Options, Administrative, Plans.
(myTrack 3.6.0 and higher users, in Chat select Entitlements, Plans).

Check the appropriate plan you wish to subscribe to and click send (if you wish to stay with Basic, click Exit and continue with Enabling your plan for TradingExpert Pro use below).

You will receive a message Please restart myTrack (you can do this after completing 'Enabling your plan for TradingExpert Pro use' below).

4. Selecting exchanges for silver, gold or platinum plans

From the Community Chat menu, select Options, Administrative, Exchanges.
(myTrack 3.6.0 and higher users, in Chat select Entitlements, Exchanges).

From the exchange list select the exchanges you wish to follow and click on close.



5. Enabling your plan for TradingExpert Pro use

From the menu of your myTrack software, select Chat.
From the Community Chat menu, select Options, Administrative, Features.
(myTrack 3.6.0 and higher users, in Chat select Entitlements, Features).

A screen similar to this will appear --------------->

From the feature list check the box for AIQ TradingExpert/DialData.(OR save $118 p.a. and select the choice AIQ TEP annual plan)
You will receive a message telling you to restart myTrack to enable this feature.

NOTE: some of the other features on this screen may have check marks already assigned based upon the service plan (basic, silver, gold, platinum) you have selected.

6. Putting your username and password into AIQ Data Retrieval

From the AIQ Main Menu select the icon labelled Comm.
Click on the Setup Options tab.

Select myTrack Dial/Data as your service and click setup.
Enter your username and password and click OK.
In the network area select internet and click setup..
Select your appropriate Remote Access Service and click OK.

NOTE: AOL users select 3rd party winsock. You will need to be connected to AOL before updating your AIQ data.

You are now ready to use TradingExpert Pro software. Please refer to your TradingExpert Pro New Users Guide Installation and Tutorials Guide for further information.
7. Existing users of Dial/Data cancel your existing account.

Your myTrack account includes a Dial\Data account with unlimited historical download of stocks, indices, mutual funds, futures and fundamental data into your TradingExpert Pro.

If you are an existing user of Dial/Data with an AIQ or other application, you may cancel your account by clicking on this link to launch your e-mail application        --------------->

In the subject of the message please type cancel my Dial/Data account

In the body of the message type please cancel my Dial/Data account and type in your existing Dial/Data user ID.
